1 on 1 Yoga, Mindfulness or Meditation Tutoring

I am a passionate yoga teacher and mindfulness coach, and would love to bring yoga into other people's lives.

In this ongoing class, a personalized approach and curriculum will be developed for the individual student, to target the issue at hand.  It can be a good class for students that want to learn more about yoga, mindfulness, meditation or breathing exercises or those that prefer 1 on 1 training and exercising.

We will address any questions and student’s/parent’s expectations of the class. There will be time for Q&A, but also time for hands on practice and exercise. You can join and unsubscribe at any time, so the number of classes will depend on the learner and the parent. Please reach out with specific schedule requests. 

This ongoing class does not have a topic/theme schedule, as all the classes will depend on the student’s needs and abilities.
